Aluminium Nitride (AlN)

Is the ceramic with the highest thermal conductivity. Due to the good thermal resistivity it will be used especially for thermal sensors with fast response time as well as very fine temperature constancy for pressure sensors.

Aluminium Nitride Ceramics will be used as substrates, pyrometer protection tubes and electric insulating material in electronic components.
